Abstract
AbstractThis study deals with the Arab mind ability of creativity, invention and find the method to achieve its aims according to its previous cultural heritage by using media in the different life aspects, it is a social phenomenon for the individual and society represented by the connection of human being among each other, no human group or social organization could live without it because is not restricted to diffusing news and novels, advertisement or guidance, rather it include each process by which the individuals are interacting within common concepts to exchange ideas and information whether by an individual or by a whole people. to be a social phenomenon does not mean that it is a new art, rather it had deep roots in all the human development, developing and renewing its methods to achieve its aims
