Problems because of an increasing Pressure upon it, in addition to the growing numbers of entering vehicles that effects negatively upon falling this network. So, the levels of density in its three standard (area, Population, and vehicles) come law as a result of lake ways to increasing area and rising of Population density, also increasing the entering of, vehicles which lead to lessen the qualification of the network.
According to the basis of these results to the quantity methods which used in research.

Through this book we had information about various types of industries but weaving remains the most prominent one for Yaqout Al-Hamawi because it is related to all daily aspects of life and what people need of cloth, blankets, sheets and other needs. Therefore he directed all his attention towards this type of industry. For all the Islamic cities which Yaqout Al-Hamawi wrote about, he mentioned their famous crafts like weaving and others.

AbstractThe Research is trying show Nietzsche interesting on Man’s declination’s reasons, and he showed the serious efforts to find a treatment for this declination, so his treatment came distinguished with his nihilistic and tendency that is described as completely nihilistic and prophetic, and that it is a transitional state that do not stop at the boundaries of destroying but it stride to reach what is beyond destroy, and that it tried not only to destroy, but it tried also to build. It is also described as nihilistic, active and depends on action rather than reaction, and that its motivator powers are the active powers.Nihilism here is not nihilistic determination because this means the comprehensive regressive path and a strong regression of the troubled powers or forced, so every desire with such features leads to a forgery nihilism which can be nothing but the surviral of a weak and liar life.Life denial is the principle of every nihilism searches for the regressive life that may survive and become infections while Nietzsche’s nihilism is a nihilism that prevail over itself, it is an active destruction of what is negative and regressive in it, it is the nihilism force an active and positive election of thought, it is a perfect nihilism, because it turns negative and denial into a defect for the regressive powers itself, it does not keep the wreaks, but it buries them in their weakness graves that they were familiar with.

Abstract

Ibn sa'eed is a poet, historian, traveler and geographical from Andalusia .He is Ali Ibn-Mousa Bin Mohammed Abdul Malik Bin Sa'eed born in around (605,610) A.H in yahsub fort or what is called Ibn Sa'eed's fort. He studied language, literature and poetry by Abi Ali Al-Shalubeen and Abi Hasen Al-Dabaj and Ibn Asfoor .He has more than thirty works in various sciences. Ibn Sa'eed was chosen for writing two books about geography which were the best of his works .the importance of his works lies in his description of the reality in an accurate way for being a traveler staying in the places which heads to for a long time .During which he gets to know the place well, asks a lot and knows the history of that place then he starts writing about it.
Moreover, the scientific concern of the research is based on the fact of being as a source for the students of geography and enriched the libraries with his works.
These works are still scripts kept in the library of Alascoreal in Spain which contains a geographical legacy which has never been studied or translated yet .The concerns of history professors were a lot more than of the geographical which proves that Ibn Sa'eed was a comprehensive scientist who wrote in different fields of geography, history ,literature ,novel and jurisprudence . The most important of his works is (Bast Al-Ardh) or what is so called (Kitab Al-Jughraphia).

Abstract

Variables of knowledge and beauty are intertwined; the former develops a sense of beauty and the second opening the mind to receive knowledge, and through them to transcend the human psyche to the top brought about.
For this, the researcher on linking and tracking of these dimensions for the purpose of crusts in the designs of the covers of magazines flute for children issued by the House Children's Culture of Iraq for the years (1979 - 1980 -1981) and to the age group (9-12) years old and trying to be subjected to the process of evaluating the reality of her work in keeping with the seriousness of impact on the culture of children, their access to the reach of their hands before school age before the textbook, if it may lead role in the delivery of ideas and information should be sound and in accordance with the perspective of the year, for its special role in winning the child's wishes and the generation need to have to rush to the magazine, which establishes the importance of research current. The objectives of the research are known as cognitive and aesthetic dimensions of the designs in the covers of children's magazines, and then correct them.
To achieve this, reviewed the perspective of education through art according to the perspective philosophy of Plato and Aristotle, Ibn Khaldun and John loud, and then review the views of Bloom, Adler and Jonk on the tributaries of social life, the sound of children, for Piaget and subdivisions to the wishes of the child and his Tendencies of the forms of art according to the developments of the intellectual and physical.

Abstract

This paper presents the role of mother in building up and the developing the Iraqi Childs personality throw the analytical study of her opinion and points of view.
A questionnaire was applied to collect the date from a sample of 530 Iraqi mothers. This sample had been chosen from three governorates Al – Sulaimanyha, Baghdad and Basrah in non-random sample. Iraqi mothers emphasized on the Economic sided to fulfill the major needs of the child, which came in the first place followed by the social and psychological factors, then by Educational, cultural and health factors and hapets the main results that the prevailing family culture has the major effect on the major effect on the emotional, intellectual and social growth .

1. Abstract
Charles Dickens (1812-1870) achieved a recognizable place among English writers through the use of the stylistic features in his fictional language. This study is concerned with Dickens' unique fictional language, used in one of his novels entitled "Hard Times", in relation to phonological deviation from settled norms in English. It endeavors to show Dickens' manipulating language and the effects achieved through this manipulation.
This research investigates Dickens' use of language which deviates from the linguistic norm phonologically. As such, it is hypothesized that Dickens used phonological deviation to show the character's social class.
The study aims to analyze the types of phonological deviations in Dickens' "Hard Times". It determines the reasons behind these deviations, and how that reflects Dickens' philosophy and style in presenting class distinction in this novel.
According to the hypothesis, the research has come up with a number of the findings as a result of the stylistic analysis of phonological aspects carried out in this study. So, phonological deviation has a very important effect on the readers (and hearers).
Out of the stylistic analysis, the research has found out that the writer uses a language deviated from the literary convention or everyday speech. He uses two types of phonological deviation to achieve his purpose.
